Scott Loehrke

Position: Business Development

Hometown: Ottawa, OH

Major: Journalism Public Relations / Marketing

Hobbies and/or Interests: Playing and listening to music, reading non-fiction books, the news and social media. Hanging out with my dog Charlie Fry Loehrke and going out to eat with my wife, Jackie.

Favorite Cleveland Moment: Recently? It would have to be when the Cavaliers smoked Lebron & Co. during the 2011 season at home. What a sweet moment for all Clevelanders.

Why would you work with On Point? As we’ve always said since the beginning, we’re young but not inexperienced. We keep up to date with current trends, which can help our clients put themselves ahead of the curve. Because we’re willing to put the work in for you to investigate items that best fits your promotional needs, it’s a no brainer, right?

Last Meal would be: It would be either Chicken Nachos or Stuffed Chicken from Houlihan’s. You’ll have to take my word for it on that one. You throw in there either a Georgia Peach Long Island or a Red Bull and Absolut Citron and you’re golden.

Person, living or dead, you’d like to meet: It’d be a tie between Yusuf Islam (Cat Stevens) and The Beatles.

Favorite Animal: Dogs

Song you’d wake up to every morning: It’s a five-way tie between “Dory” by Grizzly Bear, A Perfect Circle’s remake of “The Nurse Who Loved Me”, “Older” by Band of Horses, Radiohead’s “Give Up The Ghost” and “The Ballad of Love and Hate” by the Avett Brothers. One song for every day of the work week.

A talent you want to develop: Not necessarily a talent, but I would like to get much more knowledgeable in how the stock market works and how I could be a smart and independent investor.

Favorite comedian: Bill Cosby

Favorite adult beverage: Goose Island’s 312

Hidden talents: None; all of my talents are public.

Dream vacation: Put-In-Bay. Doesn’t get more romantic than that.

Favorite one line joke: None. I’m not a funny person.

Best book you’ve read: “The Tipping Point” by Malcolm Gladwell and “SPIN Selling” by Neil Rackham.
