Cub Cadet's marketing department decided to launch a loyalty program targeting salespeople in the lawn & garden department at major big box retailers. The program's goal was to increase salespeople's affinity for and knowledge of Cub Cadet lawn mowers and tractors at over 560 dealers around the nation.
