Challenge
Hands On NEO needed to recruit and retain volunteers to assist with several community initiatives around the Cleveland area. Overall awareness of and support for the new volunteer network was low.
Solution
In collaboration with Hands On NEO, On Point suggested giving a t-shirt to new volunteers as a thank-you gift. The shirt not only would create awareness of the Hands On name, but also would build cohesiveness as volunteer groups wore their shirts during community initiatives. To show support of the organization's efforts, On Point sponsored the organization's shirts.
